Service Description:
Big Dan’s Car Wash offers professional exterior car washing service. We employ trained staff and use industry-standard equipment to ensure the highest quality service for your vehicle.
Pricing and Payment:
The prices for our services are clearly displayed at our facility and on our website. We reserve the right to modify the prices at any time, but such changes will not affect any services already purchased. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made using debit or credit cards, or other forms of payment accepted by Big Dan’s Car Wash.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for any valuable items, personal belongings, or sensitive documents from the vehicle while using our amenities.
Vehicle Condition:
Big Dan’s Car Wash will exercise reasonable care while providing services, but we cannot guarantee the condition or safety of your vehicle. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues that may arise during or after the service. We recommend customers remove or secure any loose parts, fragile accessories, or modifications on the vehicle before using our services.
Wash Requirements:
We can wash vehicles that are a maximum of 7’2” tall and a maximum of 84” wide. The width of the tires cannot be wider than 13” and vehicles must be at least 7” off the ground.
Wash Restrictions:
We regret that we are unable to wash dually trucks, Ford Raptors made prior to 2023, Dodge TRX, hood or roof mounted light bars, kayak racks, bicycle or wheelchair racks.
Limitation of Liability:
Big Dan’s Car Wash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to, any damage to the vehicle, loss of personal property, or any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for:
- Vehicles over 5 years old
- Any non-factory installed items
- Mirrors, sunroofs or spare tire covers
- All windshield wiper components
- Any glass with chips or cracks
- Any pre-existing damage, scratches or loose parts
- Running boards, wheel covers, center caps or badging
- Bug shields and win/rain deflectors
- Pinstriping decals, wraps or body molding
- Any vehicle that has been repainted
- Antennas and Shark Fin Antennas
- Luggage Racks
- Side Mirrors
Refunds and Complaints:
We strive to provide excellent customer service. If you have any complaints or are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us immediately so that we can address your concerns. If the issue is related to an incident, please visit the site and speak with a member of the management team. If you have a customer service-related complaint, please email info@bigdanscarwash.com and provide your name, license plate, date, time, and location that you visited.
Termination:
Big Dan’s Car Wash reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We may also terminate or suspend services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where customer behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or threatens the safety of our staff or other customers.
Privacy and Data Protection:
At Big Dan’s Car Wash, we take your privacy seriously. We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services and maintain customer records.
