Meet The Team: Bruce
About Jake
As the operating partner for Lady Lake, FL, Bruce is excited to bring his extensive hospitality, team building, and operations experience to Big Dan’s Car Wash. He has spent the last 24 years in restaurant management for nationally known brands, where he has overseen teams of 150+ employees and managed volumes up to $7 million. Additionally, he served as an adjunct hospitality instructor at Hillsborough Community College for eight years. He holds a B.S. in Management/Finance from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL, and a M.S. in Hospitality, Hotel Management from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, NV. In his free time, you can find him on the water.
